3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. Mentors using our platform agree to: - Provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and expertise - Conduct sessions in a professional and respectful manner - Honor scheduled appointments and provide adequate notice for cancellations - Maintain confidentiality of user information shared during sessions - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. User Responsibilities

Users of the Service agree to: - Use the Service only for lawful purposes - Respect mentors' time and expertise - Provide accurate information when booking sessions - Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations - Not share account credentials with others - Not use the Service to solicit business outside of the platform

6. Payment Terms

Payment for mentoring sessions must be made in advance through our secure payment system. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the platform. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Find Me Mentors (the legal entity) acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with mentors. We are not responsible for: - The quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of mentoring services provided - Any outcomes resulting from mentoring sessions - Disputes between users and mentors - Any damages arising from use of the Service To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Me Mentors (the legal entity) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Me Mentors (the legal entity), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
